a007: 判斷質數

花了那麼多時間一直TLE，才發現這題被改過後就沒辦法用迴圈去解了。Orz
必須要用更快的方法。

要用建表：

可是聽說建表還不夠??
要用Miller-Rabin??
只能先放棄，有空再來看 XDD
